Ordering Process
In order to streamline the ordering process, book sellers may place their first order without an approved book seller account as long as payment is made using a credit card. For additional orders we ask book sellers to establish an account by completing a Book Sellers Account Application and
Resale Certificate. To fill them out, click on the appropriate links, print the pdf, fill it out and mail or fax (888-623-0042) it to Trinity Formation Resources, P.O. Box 24886, Federal Way, WA 98093.

Book Sellers with an established account (or first time book seller orders) receive the following discounts:

Return Policy:
After 6 months with 15% restocking fee. Shipping cost paid by book seller.

First order must be paid with a credit card. After an account is established, billing is net 30 days.
